There is a lot of talk about Nordic Happiness and there are many possible explanations of the phenomenon. We do not know what is the correct answer but if you happen to be around you can meet (happy?) people from Finland during Salone del Mobile at Teatro Arsenale, Via Cesare Correnti 11. There is 10 different Finnish brands nicely displayed.

We are there to tell people what people are really made of. Our living quality is in the most hidden way linked to acoustic properties of the space. You can make space from cozy to thrilling by manipulating the acoustic properties of the space if you know what you are doing. Spaces (and many cases interpretations of happiness) are linked wonderfully complex ways to this abstract phenomenon of sound waves traveling. We are here the turn around people quality of life in their workspaces and private homes.

Yeah, we talk about it a lot, but somehow the everyday hurdles of actually making better acoustic environments and improving peoples lives put our intentions in the trash bin. Now it´s time to start. We try to offer you sneakpeaks about what we people really are and how acoustic (those wonderful traveling sound&pressure waves) affect our live quality and our well being.

In Flint Theatre (Netherlands) the problem was poor intelligibility of speech and music turning to mush. The solution was to simultaneously embrace and hide the acoustic element´s to structures already in place. As technical solution we designed, manufactured and installed the acoustic elements. To finish with some lightness in design all the elements were hang by magnets turning installation to breeze.
