PRICE CONDITION
All prices are ex VAT. This price list applies for delivery under contract. In all other cases, price on request.
QUOTATION
Quotation apply unless otherwise indicated, for 30 days.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Net 30 days from invoice date. After the due date, we reserve the right to
charge 4% per month interest rate. For larger orders we reserve the value of a bank guarantee or other
security may be required.
When acoustic panels, lighting or
acoustic textiles are manufactured to unique customer spesifications (clients idea/drawings etc.), payment terms are 50% in advance, 50 % net 30 days.
OWNERSHIP RESTRICTIONS
Delivered goods remain Innofusor property until full payment has been received. If payment is not on time, Innofusor has the right to repossess the goods.
DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery is ex-factory or according to agreement. Telephone notification, express freight, home delivery, etc is beeing charged. Delivery dates are when the goods leave the factory. Delivery Name and telephone number must always be given when ordering to facilitate the receipt.
TRANSPORT DAMAGES
Contact Innofusor immediately if transport damages, then we can make a claim against the shipping company.
CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS
Cancellation of stock items may take place no later than 3 days after order confirmation date. Upon cancellation of produced items a cost for work and materials will be charged.
RETURNES
Please contact our customer service first. Returns of stock items are allowed within 14 days of shipment. Upon a return the customer stands for shipping and return shippingcosts. Any shipping damages will be charged to the customer.
WARRANTY
For all products in this price list we are submitted two (2) year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery. This assumes that the goods immediately after delivery are placed in rooms with normal temperature and not exposed to abnormal tearing or damage.
